PrimeByte Technologies provides:

- Technology consulting
- Maintenance and technical support
All services are delivered based on agreed project scope, timelines, and pricing communicated before payment.
3. Payments & Pricing
- All prices for our services are quoted in advance and agreed upon before project commencement.
- Payments may be made online or through approved payment channels.
- Some services may require full payment upfront, while others may be delivered based on milestones, depending on the agreement.
- By making a payment, you confirm that you understand the service being purchased and agree to these Terms.
4. No Refund Policy
All payments made to PrimeByte Technologies are strictly non-refundable.
Once payment is made:
- No refunds will be issued for completed, ongoing, or cancelled projects.
- No refunds will be issued due to change of mind, business decisions, or project delays caused by the client.
- No refunds will be issued for digital products, custom software, or services already rendered or in progress.
Clients are encouraged to review service details carefully and ask questions before making payment.
5. Project Revisions & Changes
- Revisions are limited to what is stated in the agreed project scope.
- Any additional features, changes, or new requirements outside the original scope will attract additional charges.
- Timelines may be adjusted if scope changes occur.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution.
- Respond promptly to requests for feedback, approvals, or materials.
- Ensure all content provided does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines without liability to PrimeByte Technologies.
7. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the delivered product as agreed.
- PrimeByte Technologies retains the right to reuse general concepts, non-confidential techniques, and technical knowledge.
- Source code ownership, transfer, or licensing terms will be governed by the specific project agreement.
Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or duplication of our work is prohibited.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project, unless disclosure is required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
PrimeByte Technologies shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Issues arising from third-party services, hosting providers, or integrations
Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.
10. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use our website for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Copy or misuse website content without permission

Termination does not entitle the client to a refund.
